About Blythe

Hello! I’m Blythe, your dedicated Joy Coach & Motivational Speaker!

My passion is empowering individuals, particularly women, who feel overwhelmed and undervalued, aiding them in rediscovering their inherent worth and cultivating a life filled with confidence, balance, and joy. I love to help people begin to dream again and find hope for their future after a setback. Set apart by authenticity, empathy and a profound belief in the transformative power of joy, I guide clients to embrace their value and navigate life's challenges with resilience and the knowledge that they have the power to change their life at any time!

When you understand your self-worth, the natural outcome is a healthier balance and more joy in your daily life!

I discovered my passion for helping others as I was navigating the challenges of suddenly finding myself a single mom in a state where I had no support system. That season of life gave me deep insights into resilience and self-recovery, enriching my ability to mentor others. Since 2016, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting individuals undergoing significant life transitions, focusing particularly on healing from trauma, creating generational changes, and rebuilding confidence. I wholeheartedly believe that when you understand your self-worth, when you set healthy boundaries, and prioritize self-care in your daily life, the natural outcome is a healthier balance and more joy in your daily life!

In addition to individual coaching, I also help businesses create environments that foster connection and employee well-being. I have seen time and time again how an organization can only be as healthy as the leaders, so I specialize in helping you make sure your leadership is as healthy and well rounded as possible! My commitment to enhancing self-worth and organizational culture has been highlighted through leadership roles such as graduating from SALLT Leadership Class 24, being recognized as the NWOKC Chamber Ambassador of the Year, and influencing change as the President of the Board of Directors for REAL Single Moms. It is an honor to get to learn from and be around so many incredible leaders in our area!

I want to finish by sharing a glimpse into the life that brings me endless joy at this stage! My children are now 20 and 16, and I sincerely love the gift of getting to know them as they enter this phase of their lives. They still simultaneously make me laugh and shake my head on a regular basis, and I am fiercely proud of them! They are the best gift I have ever received, and my favorite title will always be "Mom". I got remarried in 2021, which I was adamant would never happen! As they say, "If you want to hear God laugh, tell Him your plan." I really loved my single life, but I am also grateful to have found a supportive, kind man, and it doesn't hurt that he a microbiologist who loves to clean...

I have been working on my own healing and self-worth journey for many years, and after doing the work, I have bariatric surgery scheduled and I am really grateful to be regaining my physical health after years of working on my mental and emotional health. I love to read, play with my cats, Mac and Cheese, and go for walks. I will never understand the appeal of sweet tea, and I use plastic spoons as a microphone in the car, which my friends from college will tell you has been a forever trait of mine. I am blessed with incredibly beautiful people in every aspect of my life, and I am grateful every single day for all of the struggles I have faced, and for where I am now.

I look forward to getting to know you & helping you live the most amazing, joyful life possible. You are worth it!
