Client Impact Stories

"Blythe was with me during one of the most difficult times in my life when I lost my husband. Having her there to help me work through my grief in the transition that I was in was such a breath of fresh air and gave me a safe place to share my most intimate feelings about his death, while still being able to be a mom to grieving kids.

She gave me actual tools that really helped me to be able to manage big feelings and big grief while still having to show up as a business owner and a mom.

I highly recommend Blythe for anyone who wants to find their joy, wants to return to their joy, or just need a place that’s safe to work through big thoughts and feelings that need time to be expressed and acknowledged, because trauma doesn’t heal through avoidance or addictive band-aids, but through relationship with yourself and with others.

Thank you, Blythe! You are the real deal!"

Amber J.

"Blythe is the definition of what it means to live with JOY! She is purposeful in her actions and has a seat around her table for everyone. What a gift!!!"

Natalie T.

"Blythe has been so helpful for me with my mindset & knowing my worth. She helped me with ways to change my tone of voice & adjust wording so that I come across more confidently. Highly recommend her!"

For the Woman Who's Longing for More

Have you felt like a confident and peaceful life is just out of your reach? Like no matter how hard you try or how many boxes of life achievements you check off, you're stuck in this cycle of friction and feeling unfulfilled with your life.

You might even look at another woman and wonder, "How is she doing that?" How does she have it all together and seem so joyful and confident in who she is?"

I want you to know it's not because she has more time or fewer challenges than you. It's because she learned how to give herself permission to pause and build her life around the direction she wants to go, rather than accepting it at face value.

And since you're here reading this, I can already tell that you're ready for a new chapter - a life that feels peaceful, more joyful, and more like you.

Check any of these boxes?

  • A mompreneur trying to balance running a business while raising a family, wishing she had more time for herself.

  • A woman who's experiences a significant loss like a relationship, a loved one, or even a career or life direction she wanted, and is ready to pick up the pieces and make new plans

  • Someone who's tried therapy or coaching before, but felt it didn't go deep enough to create the lasting change she was hoping for.

  • A high achiever who seems to "have it all together" but feels disconnected from herself inside

  • A new mom navigating the changes in her identity and longing for a sense of autonomy again.

  • A mother to adult children who isn't sure how to navigate an empty home without her children.

  • Someone ready to let go of perfectionism and start living the life she authentically craves.

  • A woman looking for connection and community with others who will truly see her for who she is and support her growth.

Or maybe you don't even know what's wrong. You just know something has to change.

But Here's the Thing About Life Changing Growth...

It gets VERY real, very fast

And while rediscovering yourself can bring out some stress sweat, the women who come to me have decided they are no longer okay with the status quo. They've been hiding small parts of themselves and have seen the big shadow it's cast over their lives and hindered not just their future, but their right now.

Putting your foot down and deciding that enough is enough is honestly one of the hardest parts. Once you've made the decision that you ARE going to accept all the pieces of yourself and you ARE going to let your soul take the lead, the other side of this work is oh so special.

I'm a big believer in the fact that every day we wake up is a gift. A gift to change our focus and the way we are relating to the world. At any point, you can make a change! It doesn't have to happen on New Year's, on your birthday, or even on a Monday. You can wake up on a Wednesday and be like, "You know what? I've had enough of this cycle in my life so I'm going to make a change right now."

Rediscovering yourself and finding your self-acceptance is on the other side of this first decision.

My Philosophy? The Answers Are Already Within You

The confidence. The clarity. The joy. It's all there, waiting for you to let it shine.

As a joyful life coach, my job isn't to hand you a checklist or tell you what's right and what's wrong. My job is to give you a safe space and help you feel the courage to let your soul lead you on your journey.

'Cause when you learn to trust yourself and let that quiet voice inside guide you, something magical happens. You learn how to give yourself permission to let go of what's no longer serving you, stop chasing perfection, and start embracing what feels right to you.

And that ^^^ is where the real transformation begins.

Together, I help women just like you reconnect with the parts of themselves they've been too busy to notice. The parts that light you up and feel like home. We'll zoom out and look at the bigger picture of your life, uncover what's truly important, and create space for joy.

You don't need to be perfect and you definitely don't need to have all the answers today. You just need to take the first step and trust that you are capable of allowing your soul to guide you toward the life you've always dreamed of.

Coaching Packages

Group Coaching

For women who want community, acceptance, and a place to grow, my themed group coaching sessions are the perfect place for you. The greatest growth happens when women come together to share their stories, lift each other up, and challenge what's possible. Working through problems in my own life with girlfriends has been one of the most important emotional assets in my life, and I want to give this gift to women who are craving love and support during times of growth and change.

In my group coaching sessions, we'll work through what's holding you back and show you how to create real, lasting change.

Each Group Will Also Receive:

  • Weekly live coaching calls, cohort style

  • Access to a digital course library to get you started quickly

  • Individualized workbooks and modules to guide your growth

  • Open communication between calls with your coach and community

  • Ongoing scheduled community events with your cohort, even after the coaching ends. We are ALL about building relationships here!

1:1 Coaching

12 Weeks of Support

Sometimes, you just need a space that's completely your own, where the focus is 100% on you. In 1:1 coaching, I'll provide a completely open and safe place to help you find and explore your unique challenges, dreams, and goals.

Our sessions will be completely focused on where you are now, where you want to be, and what beliefs are standing in the way of the life you want to live. We'll comb through all the areas of your life and set clear intentions while teaching you how to create your own joy. By the time our three months together have passed, you'll feel confident in your ability to ground yourself, navigate changes, and take on whatever comes next with tools that truly work for you.

Here are some of the many things I have helped women achieve through 1:1 coaching:

  • Learned how to balance their energy in a way that works for them

  • Created a new inner voice that's comforting, rather than defaulting to self-sabotage

  • Found clarity in areas that once felt overwhelming and frustrating

  • Gotten on the other side of the hard work that comes from self-love and acceptance

  • Found tactful ways to frow their business while spending less time on their business

  • Discovered what areas can be optimized while achieving at a higher level

  • Figured out what they wanted from their lives and created plans based on that

  • Figured out what comes next after a life-changing season

1:1 coaching is your space to breathe and grow at your own pace in your own way. You already have the answers inside of you. Once we work together, you will learn to trust your soul to guide you on the journey you're destined to live, and realize you've held the keys all along.

I Love Women Who Ask Questions

Q: "What is the structure of your 1:1 calls?"

A: Before our call, I'll have your briefly fill me in on your week. What's worked, what hasn't worked, and where you would like us to focus for that day. Once we get on the call together, I'll that the temperature of where you are emotionally and see how we can continue your growth while addressing your chosen focus area. But I'll tell you, many times people get on a call because they're having trouble with something in their business or feel like their kids are driving them crazy, and it's not actually the real issue. The issue might be that your days are too busy and there's no downtime for you, or 99 other things that don't have anything to do with what we originally wanted to talk about.

I'm extremely flexible with my clients and recognize that our lives are fluid, sensitive, and intertwined with everything else going on. During our calls, we'll work through what your mind and soul really want to work on, which is what actually moves the needle in our lives.

Q: "What is the main difference between 1:1 and group coaching?"

A: If group coaching is like a hug from a community, 1:1 coaching is like sitting down with your most trusted friend to dive deep into what's on your head and heart. In the group coaching, you have modules and worksheets so you are still actively working on yourself, but the calls are with the group, so it's not as individually focused as the 1:1 coaching.

Q: "For the group sessions, why do you have scheduled meet-ups after the coaching has ended?"

A: After spending 12 weeks pouring your heart out to women, I'd hate for that type of bond to end. Women join a group to help solve problems in their lives, but they stay because the community becomes a precious resource. Women are better when we have other women to lean on, so after each group cohort, I want to keep the good momentum going and give you the gift of a community that will last a lifetime!

Q: "I feel like I want the benefits of a supportive group AND individual coaching at the same time. Which route should I go?"

A. In your case, I would counter with two questions.

First, so you feel like one of the groups fits your needs? If you feel like you strongly fall into a category, I'd recommend starting with group coaching. You'll have modules and workbooks to go through individually between our weekly meetings, so oftentimes women feel like they get enough individual support WHILE building a strong relationship with other women in your cohort.

Second, what do you want from coaching the MOST? Many times what can be covered in my 1:1 coaching is also touched on in the group coaching. However, if you're in a position where you want to make big moves quickly, I'd recommend 1:1 coaching first and then joining a group program after to continue growing and build relationships with an incredible community of women.

Q: "I feel like I want change, but the idea of change scares me. What should I do?"

A: The fact that you're here reading this tells me that you're not really scared of change, you're nervous about the ripple effect that comes FROM making changes in your life. Which is totally normal and extremely human of you.

Change does several things for our lives. It allows us to grow, to release what no longer serves us, and to make space for something new. But it also pushes us out of our comfort zones, and that can feel very unsettling.

Here's what I really want you to know about change. It's not something that has to happen overnight or be overwhelming. In fact, the most lasting changes usually come from taking small, intentional steps with a plan spread over a period of time.

When we work together, that's what we'll focus on - figuring out what's next for YOU and taking it one tiny, manageable step at a time.

You don't have to make big leaps to feel instant fulfillment. I can also bet that with the curiosity you have right now and a little bit of courage, it would not just make changes in your life, but transform the way you see yourself (which is arguably, the best change of them ALL)

At the End of the Day, My Job Isn't to Fix You

Because you're not broken

And I want you to know, it's worth taking a chance on yourself. You are worth the time, you are worth the energy, and you are important to this world. I love you as the woman that you are, and I'm proud of you for showing up in the world. You're important to me because you're important to this world.

I already see a life perfectly designed to give you everything you've been wanting from your life.

In just three short months, we can uncover the life you want to live on a soul deep level that doesn't just look good, but feels oh-so good. I'm not saying that it will be easy, but I am telling you that it will be worth it!

Plus, the transformation in yourself doesn't just affect you, it expands outwards to the other people most important to you. Your ability to show up and believe in the the future you're destined for positively impacts the people you surround yourself with.

I see you and I believe in you. I cannot wait to see you shine and succeed. Let's create an abundantly joyful life together!
